Major programmes and projects of the organization

Vocational/ Skill development training and employment oriented programs for women and youths with emphasis on minorities and backward castes –

  • Cottage industry development through empowerment of poor women and youths, their capacity building, skill development training for new designs and technologies.
  • Running 5 Primary schools, 3 Junior High School and 1 High School
  • Handicraft development with the support of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi.
  • Programmes for sustainable agriculture;
  • Research studies, surveys and campaigns for holistic development of rural areas;
  • Adult Literacy and Education promotion with a focus to women and school dropout/non-school going children;
  • Running of One Public Library;
  • Welfare activities for socially excluded community;
  • Environment conservation, water and sanitation.
  • Health and family welfare programme including – Maternal & Child Health care, RTI/STI care, prevention and control, Children Immunization/IPPI, Family Planning & Drug de-addiction awareness and other general health care programme.
  • Rural development programme including tree plantation, Environment conservation and other necessary infrastructure development.

Most of the aforesaid programmes, so of which are still ongoing, have benefited thousands of people of all ages in the rural and urban areas of the state of Uttar Pradesh.  These activities have enabled the organization to earn an unblemished reputation and it enjoys high credibility and recognition at all levels – not only with the beneficiaries in programme areas but also with donor agencies and government authorities. Preference has always been given to women, children and youths of poor and excluded communities in all these programmesat the proposed project areas and at other places where the organization is engaged.
